Buffalo Joe - A Sloppy Joe re-imagined with Buffalo-wing style sauce, accompanied with grilled onions, shredded carrot, and our special blue "cheese" sauce. Served on your choice of bolillo roll or tortilla chips. (G)Neftacos Feliz - Delicious sweet and spicy shredded seitan tacos with onions, cilantro, guacamole and our pepper pineapple ranch.
Torta Verdura - Soy chorizo, signature green chile refried beans, veggies, and our dreamy ancho ranch, served on a bolillo roll or chips. (G)
Nellie Cruzers - The taco version of the Torta Verdura served on garlic infused corn tortillas.
Night of the Living Tofu - Fried tofu and grilled onions simmered in our rich bourbon sauce, served on a bolillo roll with horseradish aioli.
